Love dessert by trying to watch your waistline?  Try this fast, easy and delicious recipe for a Greek berry dessert that you will not only love, but feel great about eating!

This recipe makes four servings.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup sugar (challenge yourself to add just 1 TBSP, less is more with this ingredient!  You can also try honey instead)

2 TBSP fresh lemon juice

1 TBSP butter

2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt

4 TBSP of your favorite nuts (optional)
