Looking for fast, delicious and healthy recipes to make for dinner?  This Parmesan Roasted Broccoli will take you only 5 minutes to prep, then you pop it in the oven for 10 minutes and voila!  Healthy and tasty broccoli is served!

4 cups frozen broccoli florets (fresh works too, you just need to microwave it for longer)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon minced dried onion

1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese OR mozzarella cheese OR a combination of the two

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Cook broccoli in microwave for about 4 minutes, or until no longer frozen.

Toss together all of the ingredients other than the parmesan cheese.

Place in 9×9″ baking dish.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until broccoli reaches desired level of tenderness
